Do I need to bring my own phone number or Twilio account?

You can. DeskGreet works with your existing Twilio or Plivo number, your WhatsApp Business account, or a number we provision for you. There's no lock-in — the agent runs on top of whatever telephony or messaging stack you already have.

What if I go over the included minutes?

You pay $0.15 per additional minute on the Pay-as-you-go plan. Billing is per-second, rounded up, so a 90-second call costs exactly $0.225. You'll see usage in real time in the dashboard and can set spend caps if you want hard limits.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The Pay-as-you-go plan is month-to-month — cancel any time from the dashboard, no questions asked. Custom plans run on the term specified in the contract.
